The Rainbow Raiders are a team of seven individuals, who took up their costumes to honour the dead Rogues member, the Rainbow Raider. They operate in Keystone City and have meta human abilities.

Untold Tales of Blackest Night (2010) #1: The Rainbow Raiders gather in the penthouse they use as their base of operations in Keystone City. They gather with glasses filled with kool-aid. Yellow says that they never did have the power to defeat the Flash (and his other counterparts) and that even without them, he would not have been able to himself. Red reveals that he was surprised that they managed to steal 'one of the most disrespected Rogues in the business' and says that they are lucky that they had not been arrested and sent to Iron Heights. However he goes onto say that they may have eventually ended up in the prison and tells the others that their time was up. They all toast their glasses to 'the winning side' (the dead) and commit mass suicide, drinking the kool-aid that had been laced with cyanide.
As they have no emotional connection to anyone, the rings don't reanimate then, so are left dead on the penthouse floor.
