Black Lantern Batman (Blackest Night (2009)

First Appearance: Blackest Night (2009) #5

The body of Batman buried in Gotham Cemetery next to his parents is actuay  a clone that was created by Darkseid and his scientists from Apokolips. His body was mistaken by the hero community to be the real thing, while the original Bruce Wayne was sent into the past when he was blasted with Darkseid's Omega Beams.

Black Hand had stolen his skull from Batman's grave, carrying it around it with him.

Blackest Night (2009) #5: Nekorn used the skull to create a Black Lantern version of Batman to cause an emotional tether to the resurrected heroes. He then created several rings that possessed his former friends  and killed them in order that Nekorn could use them for his corps. While Barry tries to save the heroes from their fate, Green Lantern restrains him with an energy construct. Nekron tells him that he has served his purpose and orders him to go 'back to rest.' The ring's connection is severed and the Black Lantern Batman is destroyed.

Black Lantern Golden Glider (Blackest Night: The Flash (2010)

First Appearance: Blackest Night: The Flash (2010) #1

Golden Glider, Lisa Snart, was among the dead Rogues that had  been resurrected by Nekron and joined the Black Lantern Corps. She is Leonard Snart (Captain Cold's) younger sister.

Blackest Night: The Flash (2010) #1: Captain Cold had been tracking the Rogues that had been resurrected, noting that she is among the group of Rogues that attacked Iron Heights prison.

Blackest Night: The Flash (2010) #2: She helped the Rogues kill many of the guards and prisoners. She leaps at Captain Cold, kicking him in the face with her ice skating boots and cutting his cheek. She greets him and says that they had been looking for him.

She tells him that she missed him after he left and blames him for not being able to save her. She gives him another kick and reminds him that he was always going to b there to protect him. Lisa goads him to feel something as she is the only one who knows him.

In a flashback, Leonard holds Lisa and makes the promise that he won't let her be hurt by their abusive father or any other person, which makes him feel love in the present.

She remarks that 'as much as you hate it... Your hearts not always cold.' She goes on to say that he should feel more than a sliver of love at he sight of her. But Snart snaps her foot and retorts that 'when life hits you hard, you gotta shrug it off... and move onto the next job.' As she goes in for another attack, Cod freezes her solid and shatters her. He tells her that she is a part of his life that had died.

Blackest Night: The Flash (2010) #3: Lisa reanimates herself and joins the pursuit of the Rogues. Despite the wall of fire created by Heatwave and the explosives thrown into the fire by the Trickster, she and the other Rogues are not slowed down. However they are side-tracked by Eobard Thawne, who they find hanging upside down (a future version of Thawne that the Flash had imprisoned). Cold freezes Glider and the others, before leaving her to be frozen with the rest of Iron Heights due to a cold grenade.

Rainbow Raiders (Untold Tales of Blackest Night (2010)

First Appearance: The Flash (1987) #217

The Rainbow Raiders are a team of seven individuals, who took up their costumes to honour the dead  Rogues member, the Rainbow Raider. They operate in Keystone City and have meta human abilities.

Members List:
Red
Orange
Yellow
Green
Blue
Indigo
Violet

Untold Tales of Blackest Night (2010) #1: The Rainbow Raiders gather in the penthouse they use as their base of operations in Keystone City. They gather with glasses filled with kool-aid. Yellow says that they never did have the power to defeat the Flash (and his other counterparts) and that even without them, he would not have been able to himself.  Red reveals that he was surprised that they managed to steal 'one of the most disrespected Rogues in the business' and says that they are lucky that they had not been arrested and sent to Iron Heights. However he goes onto say that they may have eventually ended up in the prison and tells the others that their time was up. They all toast their glasses to 'the winning side' (the dead) and commit mass suicide, drinking the kool-aid that had been laced with cyanide.

As they have no emotional connection to anyone, the rings don't reanimate then, so are left dead on the penthouse floor.

Tar Pit (Blackest Night: The Flash (2010)

First Appearance: The Flash (1987) #174

Tar Pit, aka Joey Montelone, is a criminal who operates in Keystone City and is brother to the Keystone drug lord, Jack Montelone (The Candyman.) After he escaped from a vat of tar, he discovered he was unable to escape this form. He became a member of the Rogues.

Blackest Night: The Flash (2010) #1:

He accompanies Owen Mercer, the second Captain Boomerang to visit the graveyard of the Rogues, Avernus in Central City. The former Rogues have already been reanimated by Nekron at this point. He watches as Owen kneels down beside the empty grave of his father, correcting him when he says that 'Every good Boomerang comes back,' by saying that that fact may be true but not from the dead. He also notices that other members of the Rogues have risen. Owen asks if he is backing out on him, but Tar Pit claims that he never said 'yes' to this. Owen asks if Tar Pit has a heart, which he replies that he lost it since the day he 'astrally-projected myself into this pile of burning asphalt and got stuck.' When he questions why this fact is so important, Owen reveals to him that as he has no heart, the Black Lanterns won't bother to kill him and needs his help in order to find his father. Tar Pit remarks that he doesn't think the Black Lantern Captain Boomerang will say anything good, but is interrupted by a lone Black Power Ring that buries itself deep into the ground, beneath the Reverse-Flash's memorial statue and reanimates him. Owen asks how fast he can run, but Tar Pit reveals he can't. Owen says that's too bad and super-speeds off, leaving Tar Pit alone in Avernus with the Black Lantern Reverse-Flash. However he is unable to sense Tar Pit with the lack of his heart, leaving him safe and unharmed.
